Those functions must be performed by the licensed agencies, attorneys, social workers, courts, and other authorized professionals required by applicable law. Moving Forward’s role is limited to professional navigation, coordination, mediation where appropriate, family support, and referral services unless a separately credentialed professional is engaged within their lawful scope.
